We require a minimum of a conversational level of English. For babysitters, a minimum of 6 months of experience is necessary, while nannies should have at least 1 year of experience with children under 2. Any background in infant and early childhood education is a plus.
We provide comprehensive training that we’ve continually improved over the past 5 years to ensure every nanny receives the necessary skills and knowledge to work professionally and safely.
The schedule and work hours will depend on your availability. We strive to match you with a family that suits your preferences and works well with you.
Our compensation package for nannies is competitive and will be discussed during the hiring process.
We prioritize a balanced approach to overtime and time-off, and we’ll provide you with detailed information on our policies when you join our nanny and babysitting team.
In the event of emergencies, such as illness or accidents involving the children, our company has established protocols and procedures in place. We prioritize the safety and well-being of the children, and we will provide you with detailed guidelines and support to handle such situations with care when you join our team.
As a nanny with our company, we expect you to maintain a clean and organized environment for the children. In some cases, meal preparation will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring they are well-fed and cared for during your time with them. Specific details will be discussed with each family to align with their needs and expectations.
We have a strict policy against the use of personal devices or technology while on the job. Our caregivers are expected to dedicate their full attention to the children they are responsible for. However, in case of emergencies, they are permitted to use their personal devices for communication.
We have a structured approach for handling conflicts or disputes between nannies and families. We encourage open communication and will work closely with both parties to find a mutually satisfactory resolution, ensuring the best interests of the children are always the top priority.
