These interviews allow us to understand their work history, experience, education, and personality, ensuring we can make suitable matches with families.
Online Competency Test – Each candidate must complete an online test designed to assess their dedication, capability, competency, work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle real-life childcare scenarios. This ensures that only the most reliable and skilled professionals proceed in our selection process.
We personally call and verify every candidate’s references– We personally contact and thoroughly check all candidate references through direct conversations.
Professional background check – We prioritize your family’s safety with a meticulous and comprehensive background screening process.
Setting the standard for exceptional care
All candidates represented by Little Minds must meet or exceed the following requirements
In case of conflicts or issues between you and the nanny, we have a structured process for resolution. We encourage open communication and aim to mediate any disputes professionally and amicably. Our team is here to listen to both parties and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
If your primary nanny is unavailable, we have a pool of backup caregivers ready to step in at short notice. We understand the importance of consistency in childcare, so we strive to provide a seamless transition between caregivers to minimize disruption to your family's routine.
If the nanny you initially choose doesn't work out for any reason, we offer replacement options. You can discuss your concerns with us, and we'll work diligently to find a suitable replacement based on your preferences and needs.
For occasional or one-time needs, we recommend requesting a nanny as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. While we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability, advance notice helps us match you with the most suitable caregiver.
We facilitate scheduling and coordination between you and your nanny. Our wonderful colleague Marianna can help manage schedules, communicate any changes, and ensure both parties are informed and aligned.
In emergencies or unexpected schedule changes, we have protocols in place to address them promptly. Our team is accessible and responsive to handle urgent situations and assist you in finding alternative arrangements if needed.
Beyond nanny placement, we may offer additional services or resources to support your family's needs, such as babysitting special needs children, night nurses and our fairy godmother service. Please inquire about these options if interested.
If you need to make changes to your agreed-upon schedule or arrangements with your nanny, please inform us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and the nanny to accommodate the changes and ensure a smooth transition.
Yes, we require a minimum booking of three hours to ensure stability and consistency for both the children and the nannies.
We have an emergency protocol and a 24-hour contact number to handle urgent changes. For last-minute bookings or cancellations, we do our best to accommodate your needs while ensuring the welfare of our nannies.
