I began my career as a music teacher and later spent seven years living in England, where I worked as a Business Development Manager and a Global Sales Executive for a banking technology company. Upon returning home, I wanted to combine my passion for business with my love for children, so I started babysitting to understand parents’ needs better.
During this time, I heard from numerous families about the challenges they faced in finding and retaining nannies for the long term. This led me to take matters into my own hands, and that’s how I founded Little Minds, a company dedicated to addressing these childcare challenges.
